Congratulations on being an AMSA chapter officer!
As part of your training, each chapter must have at least one chapter officer complete and submit the below to ensure that the chapter understands current AMSA policies and offerings. The recorded CORE LF sessions provide the information you need to complete the questionnaire.
In addition to your contact information, there are four "must know" questions that you will need to answer. If you answer a question incorrectly, you will be taken back to the question to try again. It will continue to do this until the correct answer has been entered.
