Building 14, Discovery Point - Social Impact Assessment Survey

Cedar Pacific is proposing Building 14, a 8-storey co-living residential development located adjacent Wolli Creek Train Station. As the final stage of the Discovery Point masterplanned community, Building 14 will deliver approximately 217 studio apartments, communal amenity spaces, and ground-level retail. The site has remained undeveloped due to historical planning, design, and market challenges.

A Social Impact Assessment (SIA) is being undertaken to evaluate the potential social benefits and impacts of the development. Community feedback is being sought via a short, anonymous survey to inform strategies that maximise positive outcomes and mitigate any adverse effects.

We know that community members have valuable insight into what matters. Your feedback will assist in understanding what social impacts may arise from the project. The survey will take approximately two minutes of your time and will be anonymous.
