Western Campus New Club/Organization Charter Petition
To be used if you are interested in creating a new club or organization at Western Campus.
To charter a new club, please submit this completed form and the club/organization constitution.
Four (4) students and one (1) advisor must be included to charter a new club or organization
Students holding an officer position must be currently enrolled in at least one (1) credit hour on the campus where the organization is chartered, and the Advisor must be employed at the campus where the organization is chartered.
Petitions will be reviewed by Student Government, and the club officers will have the opportunity to appear before Student Government to answer any questions.
Student Government will then vote to recommend approval or rejection of the petition.
Once chartered, any changes to the constitution, including bylaws, must be approved through Student Government.
