The National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership (NCMLP) will soon launch three (3) HRSA-supported learning collaboratives for health centers seeking training and technical assistance on how to address the health-harming legal needs of their patients and communities. Each learning collaborative will consist of at least four (4) hour-long sessions involving small group discussions facilitated by faculty members (MLP practitioners and subject-matter experts).

Please RSVP to let us know if you are interested in participating in one of our 2021-2022 learning collaboratives for health centers and their legal services partners. We will make sure you receive more information about dates, the short application form, and the content for these upcoming learning collaboratives:
  • Medical-Legal Partnership as a Community Health Strategy to Improve Maternal and Child Health Access & Outcomes (Winter 2021-Spring 2022)
  • Screening and Documenting for Legal Issues Related to SDOH - Strategies for health centers serving multiple special populations, including people who are agricultural workers and people who identify as LGBTQIA+ (February 2022)
  • Medical-Legal Collaboration and Partnerships with Domestic Violence Programs, Addressing Intimate Partner Violence, Human Trafficking and Exploitation in Community Health Centers (Spring 2022)
Health center staff: All events are free to attend. Regardless of your position or the health center's MLP-status, you are encouraged to participate. Please feel free to share this with your colleagues.

(The form takes 2 minutes, or less, to complete. Thank you.)
