Attitudes and Experiences with Police Communications During Multiorganizational Incident Response

Introduction

You have been invited to take part in a research study to learn more about the attitudes and experiences of law enforcement personnel regarding radio communication styles used during incident response efforts that involve more than one emergency response agency.

The survey consists of eighteen questions that require responses and an optional free-text box for you to provide any additional insights or feedback should you feel inclined to do so. It is projected that the survey will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. The survey is completely anonymous. You will not be asked to provide any information that may be used to identify you, and I will not be provided with any of your personally identifiable information or email address by the survey host.
Any data collected for this dissertation will only be used for the purpose of the research portion of the dissertation, which may ultimately entail academic presentations or publications. The data collected from this survey will be collected with careful attention paid toward protecting the anonymity of participants, and all information will be analyzed collectively. This research is not sponsored by any organization and is not being conducted on the behalf of any agency.
Your participation is absolutely voluntary and would be considered an immensely valuable contribution to this academic project.
