The NC Inclusive Disaster Recovery Network (NCIDR) is a coalition of public, private, nonprofit, faith, and community organizations. We are united in our vision of a well-managed disaster recovery built upon strong community reinvestment strategies, asset-based community development, and equitable opportunity. At the same time, each of us have different reasons for participating and limitations on how we can engage appropriately.
