1. What are the Common Components of a Health Network?
NCHN is the only national level organization dedicated exclusively to supporting and strengthening health networks across the country.
It is essential that an understanding of the commonly shared components of health networks be developed to ensure appropriate educational programming, policy development, and the expansion of partnerships.
This survey focuses on the commonly shared component of successful health network organizations, regardless of the network type, size, age, etc. These are the "common components" of the organizations. We are not asking about the characteristics, qualities or skills of the leader of the organization.
Please identify from the lists below, a total of eight (8)components that you feel all health networks share. You can make suggestions in the box at the end of the survey of other components you think should be considered as a common component, if it is not listed.
