This survey is intended for Spruce Grove residents who are 18 years or older.

The survey will be available in French, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Ukrainian and Vietnamese soon. To complete the survey in a language listed here, please contact Community Social Development at csd@sprucegrove.org.
Languages available were identified as the most commonly spoken within our community.

More than one person in the same household can complete the survey, but each device can only be used to complete the survey once.

Our commitment to you

The survey is completely anonymous, which means your answers will stay private and cannot be linked to you. We do not collect any identifying information, and individual answers will not be shared – they will be combined with others for reporting purposes.

The survey findings will be summarized in a What We Heard Report that will be shared with the public in December 2026. It will highlight key themes, common opinions, and important comments. The report will present information in a way that protects survey participants privacy.

Draw entry

At the end of the survey, you can choose to enter a draw through a separate link. Contact information collected for the draw will NOT be connected to your survey response. The draw prize is a $200 gift card to a local Spruce Grove business, and there will be five (5) winners.

Definition of ‘’neighbours’’

The word “neighbours” is used throughout the survey. In this survey, neighbours mean people or households who live near you and share the same local area like your street, your block, your neighbourhood or your building, even if you don’t know them well.
