NCCL Study on Family Faith Formation Programming

NCCL is conducting a national study to identify how parishes are implementing family faith formation in their parish communities. The survey asks you to evaluate the effectiveness of eight practices in parent and family formation, to select family programs and activities you conduct, and to indicate if your parish conducts catechetical programs for the whole family and what themes you address.

NCCL will produce a report of the findings and follow-up with parishes to develop profiles of parish family faith formation that will be available to all parishes.

NCCL is also seeking to develop a network of parishes engaged in catechetical programming with the whole family (or are planning to do so) so they we may connect parishes for mutual support and resource sharing.

We really appreciate your time in completing this survey and describing what you are doing.

Please complete the survey by March 25.

Thank You!

NCCL Executive Director
