Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

For its participation as a Sponsor in the 2023 NCA Annual Convention, the Sponsor shall pay the National Coffee Association the fee (the “Sponsorship Fee”) for the confirmed level of sponsorship. Sponsorship level, fee, and benefits will be based on the total sponsorship amount. Total sponsorship commitments cannot accumulate and be applied toward Title Sponsor status and benefits. Total sponsorship commitments for Diamond status and benefits are only available and apply to NCA members. Benefits for each level of sponsorship are described in the 2023 NCA Annual Convention Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities Brochure.  

Sponsorship payment terms are net 30 days. The Sponsor agrees to pay the Sponsorship Fee in full within 30 days after the sponsorship request has been confirmed. The National Coffee Association reserves the right to withdraw the sponsorship if payment is not received within 30 days of the signed Sponsorship Commitment Form. Cancellations made prior to January 6, 2023, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations after January 6, 2023.  

Sponsor grants the National Coffee Association, a perpetual non-exclusive, royalty-free, license to use, display and reproduce the name and/or logo of the Sponsor on the National Coffee Association website, and in any directory listing the sponsoring companies at the 2023 National Coffee Association Annual Convention, and to use such names and logos in promotional materials including future NCA Annual Conventions promotions listing prior Sponsors. The National Coffee Association shall not be liable for any errors in any listing or for omitting the Sponsor from lists or materials.

Any food or beverage provided by the Sponsor for the registration tote bag must be provided in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and guidance, including the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and an allergen declaration and the ingredient list must be prominently labeled on the product packaging. State and local laws regarding medical and adult-use/recreational cannabis notwithstanding, Sponsor understands that distribution of CBD (cannabidiol) or cannabis products or additives at the Convention are strictly prohibited. The National Coffee Association reserves the right to remove any items, not in compliance with these terms and conditions. The enforcement of these rights is at the sole and absolute discretion of the National Coffee Association.
NCA Annual Convention Privacy Policy 

Prior to executing the agreement, the Sponsor should review the NCA Annual Convention Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
15.Acknowledgement

I have read, acknowledge, and agree to abide by and to be bound by the above terms and conditions of this Commitment Form.
