The Sumatra Miner Advisory Board invites you to submit your presentation proposal here for consideration for the conference program. Please complete the following in full. The committee will consider any presentations that address new technologies and showcase their successful use in exploration, development and operational situations throughout the Asia Pacific. With the emergence of strong mining industry in the Asia Pacific, this conference aim to provide a scientific but practical platform to outline and discuss the use of new technologies and their application for target projects.

General Submission Guidelines:
- Sumatra Miner 2019 does not provide speaker honorariums or reimburse for speaker travel, lodging or other incidental expenses.
- Speakers receive complimentary admission to the conference including participation in all meals and social events.
- Speakers will be featured on show website, in advertisements and in the official show directory.
- Speakers are required to provide a presentation. Most speaking sessions total 30-minutes. It is suggested that speakers allocate some time for questions.
- Sales pitches will not be accepted. Preference will be given to presentations from the perspective of the end user.
The submission deadline is December 14th, 2018.
