Patti has extensive expertise in the full lifecycle management of all types of contracts including CPFF, CPAF, T&M, LOE, FFP, IDIQ, (term type and completion type Contracts), and task/delivery orders issued under IDIQ type contracts, from pre-award phase to closeout. Currently, he is Team Lead and Contracting Officer at the Naval Medical Logistics Command and directly supports the Department of Defense (DoD) Drug Demand Reduction Program where he advises personnel at Army, Navy and Air Force forensic toxicology laboratories. .He is a Level III certified Contracting professional with experience in military and federal civil service as well as private sector. He served at all levels of the Air Force and five MAJCOMs, including two assignments in Europe. As federal employee, he worked as a Contracting Officer in the Intelligence community for over a decade before shifting to Medical Logistics. He has experience administering and terminating a variety of contracts types from firm fixed-price to cost reimbursement with award fee arrangements. He worked in Supply Chain Management in the private sector as well.as Lee received his undergraduate degree at the Raymond J.
