California Lawyers Foundation Co-Sponsorship Request Form

Thank you for your interest in the California Lawyers Foundation.

This form should be used to request Foundation co-sponsorship and support of any project, program of activity. Please submit this form as early as possible but no later than 8 weeks prior to the planned program, project or activity in order for the Foundation to review the request and discuss the project with you in more detail.
