Network Activation: Session 3 Workshopping

In the third call of the FSLN’s Network Activation series, we will explore how to foster alignment amongst a network’s participants around shared values and common goals by workshopping real-world challenges faced by FSLN members.

FSLN members who have asked to workshop a challenge will present their situation to a small group of participants who will act as peer coaches to generate new ideas, insights, and ways of thinking. This peer coaching process is designed to harness the wisdom, expertise, and experiences of all participants and collectively generate new ideas and ways of addressing alignment challenges.   

If you would like to participate in the call as a “case giver” and engage in generative dialogue with a small group of your peers around your situation, submit your challenge below. Your challenge should be current, something you are actively involved in, and related to alignment in networks. Should your challenge be selected, you’ll be asked to join a prep call on April 15 at 4pm Eastern with FSLN backbone staff to help you think about how to present your case.
