Now we want to present you with a concept for a tool we're developing.

Scenario: Imagine you have just finished a consultation with a patient, John, who has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Our proposed solution, "EchoHealth Hub", can record and transcribe your consultation, summarise the key points and create to do list, and translate them into clear, actionable instructions tailored to John's demographics and level of health literacy. These instructions are then sent to John's mobile phone for him to refer back to at any time. As a healthcare provider, you have full control to review, edit, and approve these instructions before they are sent out. This process aims to improve John's understanding, compliance, and engagement in his healthcare journey.
