The Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc., was awarded the Suicide Prevention, Intervention, and Postvention (SPIP) Grant in 2022 and is funded by the Indian Health Service Division of Behavioral Health (IHS). This grant provides our organization with essential resources to develop and implement initiatives focused on the prevention of suicidal ideation and mental health crises.
