Please read all rules and regulations for exhibitor:
Exhibitors focused on health and wellness are strongly recommended.
No selling of any merchandise will be allowed.
Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from distributing campaign materials, displaying signs, or selling merchandise that endorses or opposes any candidates for public office.
Booth spaces are limited. Outside, extra tables are not allowed.
Two chairs and a table will be provided per booth.
No rental fee to exhibitors.
Exhibitors must clean and are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
No soliciting outside the exhibitor area.
Exhibitors will be able to set up at
7:30 am on July 9th and 10th, 2026.
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE HALL BEFORE THAT TIME.
Please consider this. This gives the organization's members enough time to set up tables and chairs for you.
We reserve the right to refuse an exhibitor.
