The purpose of the 2024 NAYGN Career Report is to explore the perspective of the nuclear workforce on what it will take to attract new talent to the industry, what will engage the existing workforce, and what it will take to retain the existing talent within the industry. 

The survey is divided into three parts: Engagement & Retention, Demographics, and NAYGN Feedback. The results of this survey are anonymous and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
