Call for Presentations NAYDO 2027 Annual Conference on YMCA Philanthropy

April 27-30, 2027 (Tuesday-Friday) at the Dallas Sheraton Hotel

Help inspire philanthropic growth for the Y Movement. Share a success story or particular expertise. NAYDO's mission is to inspire and strengthen the philanthropic culture of the YMCA. Through the conference and year-round learning, Ys can embrace a culture of giving to develop and sustain abundant resources to meet their community needs. Conference presenters are selected by the conference planning team based on recommendations from the conference track deans.

The Call for Presentations deadline is May 22, 2026. Contact info@naydo.org if you would like to submit a proposal after the deadline. You will receive notification by July 31, 2026, on the status of your submission.

Presenters new to NAYDO are encouraged to partner with individuals who have presented at past NAYDO conferences.

An orientation for all presenters will be held before the Conference to highlight changes and new opportunities.
1.Workshop Title - Engage your audience and clearly state your workshop purpose in 10 words or less. No exceptions on length.(Required.)
2.Description of your workshop, which must be timely, relevant and practical to what Ys are experiencing. (One paragraph minimum)(Required.)
3.Workshop Outcomes - Minimum of 2; maximum of 4. Participants will learn how to accomplish these tasks:(Required.)
4.Workshop content should reflect elements that build a culture of philanthropy. Please check all that apply.

Please note: NAYDO Conference attendees are international, notably from Canada and Latin America. Your presentation must include intentional work to relate to a global audience.

16.Presentations will be scheduled throughout the conference. Please do not submit a proposal unless you are available any day of educational workshops, April 27-29, 2027. Workshop sessions are 60 minutes long.(Required.)
17.I would like my session to be considered for other year-round NAYDO training opportunities like a webinar, network event, NAYDO Academy, or Philanthropy School Fundamentals, whether or not it is selected for the conference.
18.A handout or PDF of your presentation slides is required for the conference app.(Required.)
19.All presenters are encouraged to register for the conference and agree to contribute services in a volunteer capacity. Exceptions must be approved in advance by NAYDO.(Required.)
20.Promotion of presenter products and/or services is permitted ONLY in the Sponsor Showcase Workshop track.(Required.)
21.As a presenter, I grant permission to NAYDO to use photography or video taken during the workshop for future promotional purposes and to share my contact information and bio on the NAYDO website, mobile app and other conference documents. I have informed my co-presenters or panel members of these expectations.(Required.)
