  • These terms and conditions are supplementary to, and incorporate the terms of, the general terms and conditions at http://www.nature.com/info/tandc.html. We may, in our discretion, provide you with a badge that includes your ranking on Nature Index from various categories (the “Badge”). The Badge may incorporate our trademarks. All intellectual property rights in the Badge shall vest in us. 
  • In providing you with a Badge, we grant you a non-exclusive revocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license, for a one-year term, to use the Badge solely for display on your website and in your print promotional media. We shall be entitled to revoke this license at any time in our sole discretion.
  • We provide Badges with a link to the Nature Index website. You must retain that link at all times when you display the Badge online. If you display the Badge in print, you shall include the URL natureindex.com alongside the Badge.
