BULLYING SURVEY
BACKGROUND
The Sikh Coalition has engaged the International Center for Advocates Against Discrimination (ICAAD) to survey and produce a national report on school bullying. By filling out this survey, you will help the Sikh Coalition determine the prevalence of bullying against Sikh children in America. We are conducting this research so that we can more effectively advocate to end school bullying against all children.
INSTRUCTIONS
The survey will have some questions about your background that will help us better understand details about you, your school and district. After answering these questions, you will be asked about your experiences at school.
If you do not wish to answer a question, you can leave it blank or skip it. We will not share your individual answers with anyone. Please fill in the blank or check the answers that apply.
This survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Please remember, no incident is too small to report.
