Information and Consent
Aloha!
You are invited to participate in a study about the Social Work student experience in Hawai’i. The goal of this study is to better understand the needs of social work students in the state and how NASW may be better able to advocate for students. This study is being conducted by NASW, and your participation in this survey is voluntary. If you agree to participate in this study, you will be answering questions about your experience as a social worker/social work student. Participating in this study may not benefit you directly, but it will help us learn more about the needs of social work students throughout the state. You may skip any questions you don’t want to answer and you may exit the survey at any time.
The information you will share with us if you participate in this study will be kept completely confidential to the full extent of the law.
Study findings will be presented only in summary form and your name would not be used in any report. While the investigator(s) will keep your information confidential, there are some risks of data breeches when sending information over the internet that are beyond the control of the investigator(s). Please note: You must be 18 or older to participate in this study.
If you participate in the study, you will be offered a $5 gift card and entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card. You must complete the survey by midnight on October 31, 2022 to be eligible for the gift card and the drawing.
