Thank you for participating in NASCA's state facilities management survey, which will be used to gauge member assessment of the current status of your state's real estate portfolio and facilities management practices. Your input will be used to develop content, research and programming related to facilities management.  

We ask that all parts of this survey be completed by State Chief Administrators or designated staff if approved by the chief administrator.  Only aggregate data will be reported and your individual selections are confidential. However, please note that if a designated facilities staff member completes the survey, a final copy will be provided to the NASCA member as a courtesy.  
 
Survey deadline is Friday, January 27. Results will be shared at the February 2 webinar (go here to register) and will also help guide the agenda development for Facilities Management Roundtable, tentatively scheduled for early May 2017. * 13. In May 2017, NASCA will host an in-person Roundtable: A Managed Service Contract for Facilities Management, which will be a day and half event in Tennessee. This event will be designed to assist state governments in research and examination on outsourcing real estate programs, provide a forum for extensive dialogue and discussion on the benefits and challenges of undertaking a large scale effort to outsource the ffacilities management program, as well as examine how Tennessee works with the Facilities Management vendor on daily basis to manage the facilities.  Are there topics or sessions would you like to be included in the agenda?
