2. Upload a letter of nomination below. The letter of nomination should summarize in 750 words or less the exceptional achievement of the nominee that led to his or her nomination. Please note: Any narrative exceeding the 750-word limit will be returned or edited at NASBLA's discretion.
If you would like to nominate multiple people for the same award, please submit one nomination form per person.
You may submit the same letter of nomination for multiple submissions if applicable.
Feel free to attach additional information supporting the nomination such as sample program materials, news releases, letters of recognition, etc.
