Welcome to the NAPS 2025 Conference Call for Speakers Form!
Those selected to speak at the NAPS 2025 Ignite Conference are chosen because of their ability to inspire us, to challenge us, and to support our success in our jobs and our lives. And they are committed to help us all reach new heights by enhancing and supporting our industry.
As the premier association for boutique blended services, contract/temporary and direct hire/permanent placement firms and independent staffing professionals, NAPS’s Ignite Conference provides an excellent forum for professional networking, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
DEADLINE
Submission proposals must be submitted via this form no later than 6pm EST on January 17, 2025 to be considered for the NAPS 2025 Ignite.
EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS
Proposals for the 2025 NAPS Conference will be evaluated by the NAPS Conference Committee, Board, and staff during their end of January 2025, board meeting. If your proposal is selected for further consideration, a NAPS team member will contact you shortly after the deadline to gather additional information. Final speaker selections will be announced the first week of February, 2025.
We’d like to highlight an exciting opportunity for you to deepen your connection with the NAPS community. If you are a repeat speaker, we strongly encourage you to support our nonprofit association by becoming a NAPS member. While membership is not mandatory, it demonstrates your commitment to our community and may enhance your proposal’s consideration. This is a chance to amplify your business’s visibility and build lasting connections within the industry.
For companies presenting products or services (such as vendors), proposals should be structured as case studies rather than direct sales presentations. To maintain the integrity of our sessions, presenters may not sell items like DVDs or books during their presentation.

SPEAKER RENUMERATION/COMPENSATION
All speakers who are invited will receive one complimentary registration, and 1 hotel room night at the conference host hotel. NAPS does NOT cover any airfare or transportation costs. Please note that this offer does NOT extend to co-presenters, guests and/or spouses.
PRESENTATIONS, AV & HANDOUTS
All speakers will be required to utilize the office NAPS 2025 Conference for PPT template. All approved presentations must be emailed to NAPS prior to the conference. NAPS will email presentations to all attendees in advance of the conference. Speakers are responsible for all costs associated with distributing hard copies of their presentations. NAPS will however, provide a link for all conference attendees to download the presentations.
Audio visual included in each room are: wireless microphone, laptop & screen. Please note that breakout session rooms may not have internet connectivity. It is required that you do screen-shots instead of relying on the internet.
