Please note the following conditions of hosting a stall at the 2026 Mogodha NAIDOC, Mogo Sportsground, Saturday 11/7/2026. You must agree to abide by these conditions in order for your application to be accepted.
Service Providers: No Charge to be a stallholder - activities must be provided.

Your application will be confirmed once payment has been received.Each stallholder must have a current Public Liability Insurance policy providing coverage of no less than $20,000,000. Evidence of that cover will be required, prior to the event, by sending a copy to:

The act, negligence or default of the stallholder or the stallholder's employee(s) and agent(s); or
Danger created by the stallholder or the stallholder's employee(s) or agent(s) whether or not the existence of that danger was or ought to have been known to the stallholder.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The event will operate between 10am and 2pm. Unauthorised vehicle movement within event's confine is prohibited during these hours. Emergency Service vehicles are exempt.
Stallholders are required to have their stall set up by 9am with any vehicles removed promptly from the event confines prior to 9am. Vehicles authorised by the event coordinator as forming part of a stall are exempted from vacating the confines and such vehicles must remain parked throughout the duration of the event and display their authorisation on the dashboard.
- The event is advertised to finish at 3pm. Please leave packing up until after this time to ensure the safety of everyone.
- In exceptional circumstances or bad weather, the site managers, may authorise stall holders to pack up early or cancel 24hrs prior to the event.
- Each stallholder is required to keep their Stall and items within the defined area allocated to them.
- Mogodha NAIDOC Committee requires that stallholders, will at all times work in a safe manner, use safe equipment and not put themselves or Mogodha NAIDOC Committee or others at risk.
- Contractors and/or subcontractors will at all times adhere to relevant work health and safety legislative requirements, standards and relevant codes of practice, as well as any safety rules specified by Mogodha NAIDOC Committee and/or Eurobodalla Shire Council.
- Stall holders are required to keep their site clean at all times and must remove all waste and garbage from their site at the end of the day. Additional bins will be made available on the day.
- Stall holders on the day will be introduced to the site manager who will provide assistance if required.
- Stall holders are required to abide by NSW Health COVID guidelines and source all the necessary resources to operate their stall in a covid safe manner.
You will be notified via email if your application has been accepted - Mogodha NAIDOC Commitee will allocate your site and forward information closer to the date.
