Thank you for your interest in leading a pre-conference workshop at the 2027 NAGARA Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado. Workshops take place on Tuesday, July 13, 2027, before the conference opens.
Pre-conference workshops are in-person, hands-on programs that go deeper than a breakout session can. Propose a half-day (4-hour) or full-day (8-hour) workshop. Proposals are due Friday, December 18, 2026.
Workshop leader benefits: Leaders of a half-day workshop receive 50% off Annual Conference registration (up to three leaders). Leaders of a full-day workshop receive a complimentary Annual Conference registration (up to four leaders). Participants register for workshops separately ($139 half-day, $239 full-day).
Proposing a conference session, Online Forum session, or webinar instead? Use the session proposal form.
Before you begin, review the full Call for Session Proposals. Have your workshop leaders' contact information, your title, your description, and a rough agenda ready.
