The Communities Advocating Emergency AIDS Relief (CAEAR) Coalition and the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) are working together to foster stronger collaborations between Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) jurisdictions, Ryan White Part A grantees, and HIV community leaders. To that end, the two organizations are planning virtual workshops with small-group facilitated discussions to identify the structure of a partnership that will promote strong communications and encourage the sharing of best practices and lessons learned. The first step is an 11-question survey to assist with the workshop planning. We ask that you take a few minutes to complete the survey below. If you have any questions, please e-mail Peggy Meehan at the CAEAR Coalition at info@caear.org.

The first virtual two-hour workshop is Monday, August 10, from 1 PM to 3 PM Eastern. Registration details will be sent to all who complete this survey.
