The NAB Enterprise Agreement includes important protections where major change is being proposed.

NAB must provide in writing all relevant information about the changes, the effects these changes will have on you, and the measures to avert or mitigate any adverse effects. 


NAB must also give prompt consideration to matters raised by you in relation to the changes. The consultation period has now been extended, as a result of FSU escalating this matter to the Fair Work Commission.

The opportunity to provide feedback is not limited to employees that are directly impacted by change. Feedback should be provided by all employees that are likely to be impacted by change. For example where staff reductions are likely to result in increased workloads to others that should be provided as feedback.


FSU Reps will be meeting with Mike Baird, EGM Consumer and Wealth towards the end of the consultation period, to present your feedback and secure changes supporting both workers and customers.  

Your feedback will be used to seek amendments to the restructure proposal, to mitigate against any adverse effects of the change. It’s important to give sufficient detail in the free text fields to help us to represent these issues to NAB.
