NABE Bylaws Survey

Thank you for your interest in the proposed changes to the NABE Bylaws regarding election of NABE officers and directors. Changes would provide for a nomination process, with a nominating committee developing a slate for consideration by the membership and a provision for additional nominations by petition instead of the system of direct election by the membership currently used. Please assist the NABE Board of Directors and NABE Bylaws Committee in determining the course of the proposal by answering the questions below:

I think the board of directors should be chosen by direct election by the NABE membership.

I think the board of directors should be chosen by a nominating committee as long as there is the option for nomination by petition.

I don’t have a strong opinion either way.
