Thank you for your interest in hosting a NABCA Annual Conference. To express our appreciation, NABCA provides a 20% discount on the NABCA Conference Registration Fee for up to 10 people from the Site Host college or university.
The Conference is typically held in April each year in varying regional locations. A Site Visit and hotel selection trip usually takes place in October, two years before the conference date in April. The Conference Committee reviews all information and makes recommendations to the NABCA Executive Committee.
Your responses to the questions in this application will help the Conference Committee prioritize institutions and determine “best fit” for hosting an Annual Conference. It is NOT required, nor is it expected, that all items or specifics can be met by the institution and does NOT constitute the basis for being eliminated as a potential Site Host.
