Resiliency Supports for front line and first responders in Cranbrook

If you have questions about this project please contact Nancy Reid executivedirector@ccssebc.com. The City of Cranbrook received Federal funding to support our community's first responders and front line workers who are responding to the opioid crisis. CCS has been contracted to deliver services in cooperation with other programs and we want to deliver services that will support you and at times of day that work. Thanks you for taking the time to fill out this survey.
.Do you work in a role that has been affected by the opioid crisis in Cranbrook? Please indicate which best represents your work
.Have you participated in any of the below activities/services to support your well being as a front line worker/first responder?
.Which of the following do you think you might take part in?
.What sort of schedule do you work?
.When thinking about the opioid crisis and related loss, are there people who died in the last decade that come to mind immediately for you (clients and family, friends). We understand there is cumulative grief and want to understand the depth of that.
.Do you represent a culturally diverse group that you feel comfortable telling us about? Cultural diversity can mean belonging to a different ethnic background than most people in your community or having different religious beliefs. It can also refer to sexual orientation or anything that you feel makes you culturally diverse.
.Is there anything else you think we need to know to bring good supports to our community? Suggestions welcome.
.Please enter your email so that we can provide details about our services
