If you have rented an ROV (side-by-side) in the last five years, please take this quick survey.  We will ask a few questions about your experience operating ROVs and a few more about safe and responsible use messaging you may have received at the time of rental.  Your information will be kept confidential and will be used to help NOHVCC focus its efforts to ensure that those who rent ROVs will receive appropriate information to safely and responsibly operate rental vehicles.
