I have a worker who filed a workers' compensation claim, and we have information that the worker was not injured on the job. Can we investigate this, and if so, how? I have a worker who was clearly injured on the job and clearly needs medical treatment but will not seek medical treatment. I have an employee who was injured on the job and should have filed a workers' comp claim, but instead put the injury on his own insurance, even when told to file the claim through WC insurance. I have an employee who does not want to file a WC injury claim because he believes it will hurt the company’s policy status. I have an employee who filed a claim at a clinic but refuses to return to work to file the 801 form. Is the employer allowed to go with the employee to the clinic? My company turned in a claim for a worker that injured his back. He is receiving lost time benefits and indicated he cannot stand very long or lift any weight.
