AOA Club Excellence Program

AOA is delighted to have partnered with Rossiter Boats for an exciting new development project called Club Excellence (CE). The CE Program will identify and focus on key areas of development opportunities within Ontario Alpine Ski Racing over the next four years.

The CE Program will provide targeted support and resources to participating AOA member clubs based on their needs and goals. The CE Program is intended to foster Alpine Skiing Racing development from ENTRY (EL) and DEVELOPMENT LEVEL (DL) through to the PERFORMANCE LEVEL (PL) within Ontario Clubs.

The Club Excellence (CE) Program focus for the 2017-18 season will be Coach Development (CD)* using the tagline

"Every Kid Deserves a Great Coach!"

*(specifically  Entry (EL) and Development (DL) Coach levels for 2017-18.)
