In the past, Addiction Services of Thames Valley acknowledged a member of the community by honouring the candidate who most represents the spirit of generosity towards the addiction community with an award given out at their Annual General Meeting. Going forward the London Addiction Recovery Breakfast Committee will continue to honour this award yearly at the Recovery breakfast.

This year our Annual Recovery Addiction Breakfast will be held on Friday September 18, 2026

All nominations need to be submitted by Friday, August 28, 2026

Successful nominees will possess several of the criteria listed below:
  • Generous donation of time to the addiction community
  • Involved in the addiction community in professional role and/or in volunteer capacity
  • Active in volunteerism
  • Promotes sense of community
  • Advocates for those who cannot represent themselves
  • Inspires and mentors others
Each year, a recipient is chosen from the list of nominees.
The winner will receive an award with their name mounted on a plaque. Please use this form to nominate anyone that you would like to be considered for this year’s award.
