The ODSL Board and Swim League welcome you to the 2017 Scholarship Application process. Please go through all of the steps below and fill in all of the requested information.
The ODSL scholarship program provides partial college scholarships to one deserving young woman and one deserving young man each swim season. The scholarships will be awarded based on a demonstrated sportsmanship, citizenship and a commitment to the sport of swimming that resulted in a positive impact on their own development and the ODSL as a whole. The scholarships will be awarded at the end of each season at the All-Star Swim Meet.
The 2017 Scholarship award amount will be $1000.00 per recipient.
Eligibility
Applicants are eligible to apply for a scholarship award in their senior year of high school (or their final season of eligibility in the ODSL) as they intend to enter college or an institution or higher education. Each applicant must have been an active ODSL swimmer for at least the two prior seasons. Applicant must swim on an ODSL team the summer after their Senior year to be considered.
