Please fully complete this application to request space during the WCPSC Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Tamaya.
Applicant events may not conflict with the WCPSC agenda. The WCPSC name may not be used in subject lines of correspondence to attendees or invitations. All electronic correspondence and marketing for this event must include this disclaimer:
“This event is not a WCPSC sponsored event nor is it part of the WCPSC official meeting agenda." WCPSC will provide TWO LISTS with registration names, emails and registration category to organizers of approved functions.
WCPSC will make introductions to the appropriate hotel point of contact once the event request is approved.
Applicant will enter into a separate agreement directly with the hotel. The Applicant is solely responsible for this agreement and must abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the hotel. WCPSC is not a party to the agreement and is not responsible for its terms, execution, or enforcement.
Final guarantees and all payment arrangements must be coordinated directly with the hotel.
WCPSC does not provide onsite support or troubleshooting for applicant event logistics, AV, items shipped or catering.
