Dairy-Beef Producer Sign-up for Canadian Cost of Production Network

Dairy-Beef operations interested in participating in the Canadian Cost of Production Network are asked to complete this voluntary online intake form. This will use the information collected for program planning, namely to determine eligibility for the network and to sort operations into 'typical' focus groups according to ecoregion, production system and management practice. As such, all questions require a response.

Individual responses will remain confidential and subject to privacy protection as outlined under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 

Your responses are greatly appreciated. Once you complete and submit the form, your responses will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a provincial coordinator. If you have questions or concerns about the network or about the intake form, please phone (403) 275-5110 or email crs@canfax.ca. Only one form should be submitted per operation. There is a $500 honorarium offered for participants selected to be involved in the network, one honorarium is offered per operation.
