Yes, our upper management is always looking to be on the forefront of the latest and greatest in our industry. We are early adopters. Mostly, our upper management wants to be current with the times and is open to implementing new systems and strategies as long as they have proven value. Not really, our upper management is weary of adding technology into the mix because they don't really understand the impact and want to see many specific use cases in order to understand the value. Absolutely not, our upper management and staff has been operating in the same way for as long as we can remember and change to our systems and processes would be met with extreme resistance.
