The Humana/CenterWell & National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA) Resident Physician Scholarship Program is a new pilot initiative designed to support bilingual physician residents who are committed to advancing high-quality, culturally responsive primary care in Florida.

This program invests in the next generation of physician leaders by combining $10,000 in professional development funding, structured mentorship, experiential learning in value-based care settings, and national recognition through joint communications from Humana/CenterWell and National Hispanic Medical Association.

Together, we are building a stronger, more representative clinical workforce.
