Disability Access & Inclusion

Community Survey - May 2024

The Shire of Narembeen is conducting a community survey to inform the reviewed Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) in order to ensure that the outcomes and strategies outlined in the plan are relevant and effective in meeting the needs of the community. By gathering feedback directly from community members, including those with disabilities, the Shire aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of the barriers and challenges faced in accessing amenities, facilities, services and participating in community life. This information will enable the Shire to tailor the DAIP to address specific concerns, improve accessibility, and promote inclusivity for all residents, ultimately fostering a more equitable and supportive community environment.
