Thank you for participating in the 100 Million Healthier Lives (100MLives) “Lives Improved” process!

In 2014, we set out with an audacious goal of helping 100 million people across the globe live healthier lives by 2020.

Through unprecedented collaboration, innovative improvement, and system transformation, this worldwide movement of change agents has been working over the past six years to fundamentally transform the way the world thinks and acts to improve health, well-being, and equity.

This survey will ask questions about the data you've collected, including results, how it was collected, and the lessons you've learned along the way. Using this survey and related resources, together we will count the number of lives that got better because we were here.

Some initial instructions:
  1. This survey will ask about the data that you accumulated while working on initiatives during SCALE and 100 Million Healthier Lives.  You should have your outcome data handy while filling out these questions.
  2. If your data are already in Measure What Matters, you'll be able to note that during this survey (and it makes it much shorter!)
  3. Depending on the state of your data, this survey will take about 25 minutes.  If you have already collected some data, it will be much faster!  We will continue to update that estimate as more people report up.
  4. If you run into trouble during this process, don't hesitate to reach out to us at 100mlives@ihi.org.
So let's get to it!
