This survey determines your eligibility for a study about bill pay processes (i.e. paying vendors for goods and/or services) at small and medium sized businesses. Qualified participants will be invited to schedule a 60-minute remote interview on a "first come, first served" basis. You will not be compensated for completing this survey, but you will be compensated if you are chosen and you complete the study.
To participate in the study you'll need:
- to be at least 18 years of age
- a computer or laptop, strong Internet and a quiet space
- to allow us to record the session
- to not require assistive device or software to use computer
