The Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division (BHD) is in the early stages of developing the community-based behavioral health center to provide access to services for Milwaukee County’s most underserved populations.

BHD is inviting residents with mental illness and their family members to share insights that will shape the organization’s new Northside facility. This survey is one step BHD is taking in understanding the community's needs in order to create a customer-centric facility.
