2026 marks the Center for Native American Youth's 15th year of operation. As we reach this important milestone, we want to hear from you -- the alumni who helped build this organization into what it is today.
The survey is part of a larger evaluative project supported by The Wellspring Foundation to better understand the impact of CNAY's programming. As part of this project, we hope to create greater opportunities for connection, networking and community among the growing number of CNAY alumni.
