What to expect from this course:

Designing, Planting, and Caring for Perennial Herb Gardens in Schools (Part 2 of The Tea Project) Feb-June 2022, meets on Monday evenings on Zoom for a cohort meeting through the last week of May. 3 Graduate credits available. The main focus of the course is to plant a thriving herb garden at your school from seed, and practice wild crafting wild local plants for tea and edible experiences. With a focus Plant Literacy and Mindfulness throughout this course,  NGSS and SEL Grade Level Standards are addressed. Leave the class with a curriculum in hand, adaptable to PreK-8th.  Research and reflection is an important weekly accompaniment for those taking credit and wanting to get the most out of the course.
