SCRA 2020/21 - Application for On-Ice Roles

Thank you for your interest in an on-ice role with SCRA for the upcoming season. We greatly appreciate the dedication and time that our coaches and on-ice volunteers give every season to ensure that our players have a fun, safe and positive Ringette experience.

Please review the following general info about our on-ice roles:

Head Coach: Overall responsibility for the development and management of their team staff and players.
Asst Coach: Assist the Head Coach to provide coaching support at practices, on the bench during games, and other duties as required. This includes goalie coaches.
Junior Coach: Assist the Head Coach to provide coaching support at practices and on the bench during games. Age 14-17. (Please do not complete this application – please complete the Junior Coach application which is linked on the Junior Coaches page of our website.)
On-Ice Assistant: Non-coaching volunteers that provide occasional on-ice support at practices when sufficient team staff is unavailable. These supports are NOT accredited to provide any coaching capacity and cannot assist on the bench. (For insurance purposes, On-Ice Assistants must complete an SCRA application and the required RAB certifications.)
