ICHEP 2020 - Sponsorship & Exhibition Booking Form

Online Booking procedure

Applications should be submitted online or sent by email to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager.
Applications will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The booker will receive a confirmation of the booking by email and will benefit from a retraction delay of 2 days (for a commercial company) or of 7 days (for non-for-profit associations).
After this and in the absence of a written cancellation request sent by email to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager, the booking will be approved.
The invoice and payment procedure details will be issued by the organizer and sent, by email, to the booking company, within 1 week after the official confirmation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
