Alliance is working with other health plans in NC to support the needs in western NC that have been impacted by hurricane Helene. We are reaching out to our network to identify providers who could assist with a range of behavioral needs we have identified and are willing to deploy to western NC. Identified needs include licensed clinicians with grief counseling experience, evidence-based trauma informed therapy, Peer Support Specialist, etc. There is a particular need for prescribers. Alliance will arrange for reimbursement for those willing to serve these communities. Thank you for any help you could provide.
